Shipping
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available part of your order and send the rest as soon as it becomes available. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are calculated based on the delivery location. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier's policies, the delivery location and the number of items, and your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Damaged items
If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Delivery fees and times within Egypt
- Cairo & Giza: EGP 85 — delivery in 2–3 days
- Delta & Canal (Lower Egypt): EGP 120 — delivery in 3–5 days
- Upper Egypt: EGP 180 — delivery in 3–5 days
